The aforementioned website has been developed, created, and designed by “EXOS Solutions, S.L.”, to publicize and allow access to the information contained therein, with the restrictions and limitations imposed by these General Conditions. The mere use of the portal attributes to whoever uses it the status of User (hereinafter “User”), who declares to know and accept without reservation or exception, each and every one of the General Conditions set forth in this document.
Through the Portal “EXOS Solutions, S.L.”, all Registered Users will be provided with the possibility of accessing the contents, services, and other information concerning the corporate purpose of this entity.
“EXOS Solutions, S.L.” is authorized to unilaterally modify each and every one of the obligations set forth in these General Conditions, without prior notice. It is also empowered to restructure, modify, or eliminate any information, service, or content included in the Portal, without prior notice. The modification of any of these general conditions for a particular case will only be valid when it has been recorded in writing and signed by the legal representatives of each party.

The conditions of access to the Portal are subject to the legal provisions in force at any given time as well as to the principles of good faith and lawful use by the User, expressly and exhaustively prohibiting any type of action that could be detrimental or harmful to the Portal or third parties.

On the contrary, for access to certain content and services, prior subscription and corresponding registration as a User will be required (hereinafter Registered User). The User undertakes to make lawful, diligent, honest, and correct use of any information or content accessed either through the website of “EXOS Solutions, S.L.” or third parties previously provided by “EXOS Solutions, S.L.” and all this under the principles of good faith and with respect at all times to current legislation.

- Rights and Obligations of EXOS Solutions, S.L.

“EXOS Solutions, S.L.” undertakes to adopt the necessary means and measures to guarantee security and privacy in communications. It will not be liable when, having adopted the relevant security measures, these are violated by external agents.

“EXOS Solutions, S.L.” reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of the service without prior notice to the User, provided that it is necessary to carry out maintenance, update, or improve the service. These General Conditions, as well as the specific conditions and all those relationships that may arise from the access and use of the Website between the User and “EXOS Solutions, S.L.” shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation.
For any litigation arising from the existence, access, use, or content of the General Conditions or specific conditions, both parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
